Our professional mindset can be a powerful tool in the workplace; it can help us power through projects efficiently, it can help our attitude towards interpersonal officeplace relationships, it can even prevent body pain. Yes, you heard me correctly, having a positive mindset can help keep away body pain.
How, you may ask?
When your mind is in a good place – well rested, free from negative thoughts, and properly stimulated- it tends to be less stressed. When you mind is less stressed your body can endure more physically.
