The Woman behind this Workstyle Workshop: 

Alessa's 14  years as a master certified Pilates Instructor have taken her to teach on three continents, in four countries. She has trained all types of hard-working bodies from US Military, to stay-at-home caregivers, to traditional office-based professionals. They all had one thing in common stress plagued their day which caused body pain and lowered work output. Alessa couldn’t sit back and watch this problem grow any longer; she has made it her professional goal to teach hard-working bodies to sit tall, be productive, and rock their workdays.
