Alessa is a UCLA grad, certified Pilates instructor, and workplace mobility educator and author. She has taught Pilates and danced professionally on three continents and owned her own Pilates studio in two countries. While owning her Pilates studios she noticed that every hardworking body - no matter the line of work - suffered from the same complaint: sitting is hard work and stressful. Since this realization she has made it her goal to help computer-based professionals stress less and have consistently pain-free workdays.Â
