How it works:

💻Each morning you will receive a pre-recorded video challenge and a reminder for the day's live challenge with me!

💻The Video Challenge can be done at any time that works best with your workday schedule - all videos are under 8 minutes.

💻The Live Challenge will take place daily at Lunchtime Eastern for 15 minutes. (That's just before lunch Central and start of the workday Pacific.) *My goal is to help, not hinder. So we will move, stretch, or learn and then I will send you on your way. No fluff just real, actionable useful tools for you to use and get back to work!

💻I'd love for you to join live, but I know workdays can be jam-packed. So, recordings will be posted after the live session and available for the rest of the day.

The Woman Behind the Movement, JōbuFIT Founder, Alessa Caridi

Alessa has a passion for perfecting her healthy self, fully understanding the wonderful machine we live in, and passing along her knowledge to anyone who will listen. Alessa is a UCLA grad, certified Pilates instructor, and workplace mobility educator and author. She has taught Pilates and danced professionally on three continents and owned her own Pilates studio in two countries. While owning her Pilates studios she noticed that every hardworking body - no matter the line of work - suffered from the same complaint: sitting is hard work and stressful. Since this realization she has made it her goal to help computer-based professionals stress less and have consistently pain-free workdays.
